The first 30 days with a new cleaning contractor are where most things go wrong. Either the scope was never written down, or the crew changes every week, or nobody follows up to confirm the service is running as agreed. Our process is built to prevent each of those failures explicitly.

    Walkthrough or facility description

Before we quote, we need to understand your space. For local facilities in Hampton and the surrounding area, we schedule a walkthrough. For facilities we are quoting remotely, we ask for a detailed description — square footage, floor types, number of restrooms, access requirements, and any restricted areas. This step is not optional; we do not give prices without it.

  • 2

    Written scope and quote

You receive a written scope of work listing every task, every frequency, and the agreed price. This document is what our crew works from and what you hold us to. If it is not in the scope, we are not obligated to do it — which is also why we make the scope comprehensive at the outset.

  • 3

    Access protocol documentation

Before the first clean, we document the key and alarm-code protocol in writing. You receive a record of who has access to your building, how that access is managed, and what our procedure is if there is a security event. This document is updated any time access credentials change.

    Crew assignment

The crew assigned to your first clean is the crew that continues on your account. We do not rotate staff through client accounts — a new face each visit is a failure mode, not a feature. The same people learn your building, your preferences, and your after-hours quirks.

  • 5

    First clean

The first clean is thorough. If the facility has been serviced by a previous contractor, there is often accumulated soil in baseboards, restroom grout, and under furniture that routine cleaning does not reach. We address that on the first visit so subsequent cleans maintain a consistent standard.

    30-day check-in

At 30 days we contact you to review the service. If anything in the scope is not being executed correctly, we document the correction and confirm it is resolved. This is not a sales call — it is a service review, and it is built into the process because early problems, caught early, do not become embedded ones.
